After another great year in 2012, The RC Monster Truck Challenge series was ready to come back bigger and bigger in 2013, and did just that at the season opening race at RC Madness. the RCMTC-NY holds a non points mini series called WINTER WARS at the beginning of each year. The venue is RC Madness in Enfield Conneticut, an amazing r/c facility featruing multiple racing courses both outdoors and indoors. Today the monsters were indoors and on carpet and would be a challenging change up for the series regulars that normally run on dirt. There were a RCMTC-NY record number of 46 trucks on hand (32 pro mod and 14 retro) and the competition was fierce all day. Kyle DeFalco got the win in pro-mod racing with Maximum Destruction, while Abdul Rascoe's Bigfoot took the retro win.
